Dance Your Bliss® is a joyful, welcoming movement class that blends somatic awareness, expressive arts, mindfulness, music, and gentle creative exploration. This class invites participants to move in a way that feels good, release stress, reconnect with their bodies, and access more vitality, play, and inner wisdom. No dance experience is needed — only curiosity, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to move from the inside out.
