Known for her warmth, humor, and ability to read a room, Rachel creates experiences that help people feel more grounded, connected, and alive.
The Story Behind Dance Your Bliss®
Rachel’s work began in Philadelphia, where she was a clinical social worker and movement therapist in a psychiatric hospital. Watching people come alive through music, movement, creativity, and connection became the seed of Dance Your Bliss®.
Today, Rachel brings this work to retreats, conferences, universities, wellness centers, healthcare organizations, and communities around the country.
