Title: When Life Feels Heavy, Start Here

Sometimes life feels impossibly hard. You're doing everything right on paper—showing up, working, maybe even meditating or stretching in the mornings—but inside? It still feels like you're dragging your heart behind you.

You're not alone.

As a therapist and mind-body guide, I hear it again and again: “I should be fine, but I’m not.”
We live in a culture that pushes us to be productive, positive, and "over it"—often before we're ready. But here's the truth: healing is not linear, and you don’t have to carry it all alone.

What You Can Do (That Actually Helps)

  • Move your body gently. Not to fix yourself, but to feel yourself. Your body remembers what your mind forgets: how to soften, how to breathe, how to come home.

  • Name what's real. Whether you're grieving, anxious, exhausted, or in transition—naming it is the first step toward healing it.

  • Find a safe space. A space where all of you is welcome. Where there is no pressure to be "better," only space to be true.

That’s what I offer—through therapy, and through Dance Your Bliss. Whether you're looking for one-on-one support or an embodied creative practice to help you reconnect with joy, I’m here.
